Donald Trump made multiple headlines late last night, from the Hamas hostage ultimatum and steel tariffs to revealing he had spoken to Xi Jinping, the Chinese president.
He also discussed JD Vance, his vice president, in an interview with Fox News.
Asked if he viewed Vance as his successor in the 2028 presidential election, Trump replied: “No, but he’s very capable.”
He also said: “I think you have a lot of very capable people. So far I think he’s doing a fantastic job. It’s too early, we’re just starting.”
