Chelsea are reportedly set to offload Cesc Fabregas once the transfer window re-opens in early January, 2017. His destination is believed to be either Juventus or AC Milan, Sunday Express confirms in an exclusive report.

Antonio Conte is said to have shown willingness to let the Spaniard leave for another club anywhere except in the English Premier League.
Fabregas was in high demand during the just concluded summer transfer window but failed to seal a contract with either AC Milan or Juventus.
The former Barcelona and Arsenal star has hopes of securing a first team action at Stamford Bridge. However, N’Golo Kante’s arrival from Leicester City in the summer, including “old wines” Nemanja Matic and Oscar, proves Cesc may have to spend more time on the bench.
With the future looking bleak for the Spain international footballer under Italian coach Conte, a move to any of the Italian sides with keen interest may be unavoidable come January.
The report claims Fabregas, 29, is willing to fight for his place but is too lightweight for Conte, who has increased the work rate of his midfielders since taking over.
While Juventus and AC Milan are preparing some huge paychecks for the star, Sunday Express adds that some Chinese club owners are planning a surprise swoop on big names from the English Premier League in January, and Cesc Fabregas is said to be top on the list.
