The Dean’s office at the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) has an exciting opportunity to join our administrative team. This full-time position will provide business administration and human resources support to Dean’s Office team and the Human Resources Office under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration.

The individual in this position will be required to exercise excellent prioritization, communication, and customer service skills. The Business Administration Professional must possess the ability to successfully manage competing and changing priorities. An individual with solid business and academic administrative skills, knowledge of general HR practices, commitment to excellence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technical, and evolving environment will thrive in our school.

This position will also provide general business and administrative support to the Associate Deans and other Dean’s Office employees. This position is expected to communicate, document, and support various efforts and in doing so will maintain relationships with a variety of personnel throughout the schools and colleges on Anschutz Medical Campus.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $55,975 – $69,175.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
