On Sunday, 31st of July, 2022, Burna Boy performed at the fully filled 21,000 – capacity State Farm Arena in Atlanta, U.S.A. He hit a record of selling out the prestigious arena, performing songs from his latest album, ‘Love, Damin.’

Burna Boy is known to always bring the energy on stage and this was no different. The Grammy Award-winning Afrobeats maestro didn’t fail to rev up the stage and the whole arena with an electrifying performance, as usual, involving fans in his usual call and respond and sing-along style.

In 2022, Burna Boy has sold out the world-renowned 20,000 Madison Square Garden to the 20,300 Accor Arena in France, to the 16,500 Ahoy Arena, and the 17k Ziggodome in Holland, the 19,000 Toyota Centre in Houston, and now the 21, 000 State Farm Arena in Atlanta. He keeps selling out these arenas and keeps breaking the records as he’s the very first African artiste to sell out the Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Garnering over 100 million streams on Spotify for ‘Love, Damini,’ and counting, Burna Boy remains one of the best Afrobeats artiste in Nigeria and he just keeps going. Amidst his controversial lifestyle, Nigerian Grammy Award-winning singer, Damini Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, has continued to make Nigerians proud with his achievements outside Nigeria.

With the latest achievement, the ‘Life to Party’ crooner has become the first African artiste to sell out the State Farm Arena.

Confirming the news on its verified Twitter handle on Monday, 1st August 2022, State Farm Arena tweeted: “Official: @burnaboy is SOLD OUT”

The Nigerian singer has also become the only African artiste to have sold out six Arenas in the US. They include:

1. 21,000 capacity State Farm Arena in USA,

2. 20,789 capacity Madison Square Garden in USA,

3. 20,300 capacity Accor Arena in France TWICE,

4. 18,300 capacity Toyota Center in USA,

5. 17,000 capacity Ziggo Dome in Holland,
