Birmingham City have made an approach for Deportivo Alaves winger Carlos Vicente.
It’s understood the club first made contact during the week, but walked away due to the hefty fee quoted by the LaLiga club.
However, Birmingham have arrived back at the table and are in talks again to sign the 26-year-old.
MEZIESBLOG understands they face competition from Ajax, but the Vicente is believed to prefer a move to the Championship club.
