A Mummified Sailor Found Off the Coast of Philippines (Graphic Photo)

A mummified sailor, Manfred Fritz Bajorat was found by two fishermen in his yacht last weekend off the coast of Philippines. His body has been sitting at the desk of the vessel for about 10 years. It is believed that the yacht has drifted around the world without anyone spotting it in the ocean.

His body was discovered near the radio telephone in the cabin of the 40ft yacht. He looked like he was desperately trying to make an emergency call. What killed the skipper is yet to be unraveled.

The fishermen who found him showed bravery when they found the yacht floating in the ocean and boarded it.

The possible cause of his death could be: dry ocean winds, hot temperatures or a possible attack by some vikings. His body was preserved by the salty air.
