The number of Russian fighter jets destroyed by Ukraine this week now sits at five after another three were reportedly downed today.
Ukraine’s air force said an Su-34 fighter-bomber was destroyed in the early hours of this morning, with a further two shot down hours later.
On Tuesday, it claimed to have downed two of the jets in a single day.
Ukraine says it has successfully hit a series of Russian aircraft in recent weeks.
