Prophet Elijah Success Ig­weze, the general overseer and lead pastor of Greater Promise Land Covenant Ministry, has asked Ni­gerian electorates to vote wisely.

Igweze made the call during this year’s annual programme tagged, ‘Altar Versus Altar’.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced September 28 as a flag-off date for the electioneer­ing campaign ahead of the 2023 general elections.

According to him, “any attempt to scuttle, destroy or jeopardize this process will be resisted and uprooted by anger and wrath of God.

“God is set to eliminate every rebel hand that is pulling down the wellbeing of this nation. We are praying for a new Nigeria with peaceful resolution ahead of this year’s special section.”

Altar versus Altar, according to Igweze, is to forestall all crim­inality associated with election shortfalls, he concluded.
