Former Nigeria Coach Stephen Keshi Dies At 54.

News on the death of former Nigeria coach, Stephen Keshi surfaced today Wednesday and Nigerians including players across the globe are mourning the tragic loss.

As a player, Keshi captained the Super Eagles to win the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations and also a member of the team to Nigeria’s debut at the 1994 Fifa World Cup in the United States of America.

After handling Togo and Mali national teams, he was named Super Eagles’ coach. 

While in charge, he led the side to win the 2013 Afcon title in South Africa. In 2014, he coached the team to the 2014 Fifa World Cup Brazil where they crashed out in the Second Round.
