Usain Bolt Out Of Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Usain Bolt is having it rough with his health as preparations for 2016 Rio Olympics heat up and there’s fear he won’t be representing Jamaica in the sports event. He sustained injuries in the first round of his country’s Olympic trials in Thursday’s 100m race.

Although the world’s fastest man won his semi-final heat yesterday, a team of medical doctors quickly responded with medical checks after he compalined of discomfort on his legs. Bolt was unfortunately diagnosed of a grade 1 tear in his left hamstring.

Following the painful incident, the fast runner has withdrawn from Rio Olympics contest, arousing speculations that he may have forefeited his place for Jamaica in the competition.

Bolt has remained optimistic in the face of an impossible challenge–of course, you need optimism to be a world best.

He tweeted to fans all over the world assuring that all hope is not lost. The 29-year-old says he is “seeking treatment immediately and hope to show fitness at the London Anniversary Games on July 22 to earn selection for the Olympic Games in Rio.”

His form was never in doubt: three weeks ago, Bolt ran the second-fastest time in the world this year, clocking 9.88 in the 100 metres at a meet in Jamaica, but this is a hammer blow for both fans and officials alike, as well as for his national team.

Surely, this would have been a perfect time for Bolt to remain fit and make history. He has won the Olympic Gold a total number of 6 times.

Notwithstanding, Jamaica has been called a “sprinting factory” so there will be a good replacement in Yohan ‘The Beast’ Blake, who won the silver medal back at London 2012 and last Friday, won the 100m clocking an impressive 9.95.

Starting the recovery process right away.

 Wishing you quick recovery, buddy.
