Tyga pays off part of his $200,000 debt to Celebrity Jeweler

Tyga has finally taken steps to amend his ways by paying off a huge part of the debt he owes to Jason Arasheben, who recently followed up a 2013 lawsuit against the rapper for a whooping sum of $200,000.00

In an official statement to ET Online, Abir, who’s Arasheben’s attorney, said: “Our client, Jason of Beverly Hills, has a judgment against [Tyga].

“Until he pays off this judgment, unless he has other means of paying off this obligation and does, his sources of income used to buy these extravagant gifts or to support such a lifestyle should be used to satisfy his obligation. That potentially includes the gifts themselves.”

A recent report from TMZ confirms Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend has cleared off the debt in half. He paid $100k to the celebrity jeweler.

Back in 2013, Arasheben’s company acused the rapper of failing to pay off his 6-figure expenses on jewelry.

The lawsuit claims Tyga owes him an excess of $270,000 in unpaid jewelry expenses.

According to a new report from ET Online, the jeweler’s attorney, Danny Abir of Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo, told ET on Tuesday that Tyga has paid $100,000 of the $200,000 owed to his client. Abir says Tyga plans to pay the other half by Nov. 17.

Late in October, the rapper was summoned for questioning on his extravagant spending habits, especially for girlfriend Kylie Jenner, who was also invited for private trials.

Due to the very sensitive nature of his scheduled court trial, the 26-year-old developed serious health problems in court, reports confirm.

Tyga became very ill within 2 hours of serious questioning at Abir’s office on October 18.

While the scheduled debtors examination lasted, the Rack City rapper’s health condition worsened, and he was deemed “not well enough to proceed”.

Abir also told ET last month that the 26-year-old rapper failed to provide some documents which he was asked to bring along during the trial.
