Selena Gomez’s new $2.25m Mansion is the real deal

For a whooping $2.25m, Selena Gomez has acquired a magnificent house in Studio City, California, and the picture-perfect home is her best real estate deal so far.

The singer’s new 3,188-square-foot Calimansion boasts of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Built in 1951, the crib is surrounded by a posh fruit and vegetable garden. The home’s fine-tuned brick walls, arched ceilings, as well as a stone-decor swimming pool, makes it a perfect deal for the price. We’d be bad liars not to admit this.

Although the luxe home was renovated to suit Sel’s taste, it still has that classy wonderland feel of a rare Gothic architectural masterpiece.

More of the mansion’s catchy features include: some hinged patio doors, a built-in barbecue area, library, two fireplaces, and two walk-in closets in its spacious master suite.

The singer reportedly added an extra $54,000 on the home’s list price to ensure that she laid hands on its keys.

Jana Jones-Duffy (wife of Gus) and Fred Holley of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents.

For nearly $3m, Selena tried selling her 10,000-square-foot Tuscan-style mansion in Fort Worth, TX, last February but later changed her mind. That’s money saved, anyway.

Her agent Todd Terry of Sotheby’s International, revealed that the 24-year-old withdrew her luxury home from the market a few wees ago.

As one of Instagram’s most liked celebrities, Selena is promoting her latest single “Bad Liar” to her nearly 122 million followers.

Her $3.6m exotic mansion located in Tarzana is now occupied by Iggy Azalea and Nick Young. She sold it to the new occupants at $3.45m in 2014.

Here are a few heaven-on-earth pictures from Selena’s $2.25m crib:
