R&B singer Brandy under emergency care after losing consciousness on a plane

R&B singer Brandy was reportedly rushed to hospital from LAX airport on Friday morning after she fell unconscious during a Delta flight.

The “Full Moon” singer was taken under emergency care immediately after the incident.

Page Six quotes a spokesperson for Delta Airlines as saying in a statement that, “The flight crew of Delta flight 763 from LAX to New York’s JFK International Airport returned to the gate, prior to departure, after a customer fell ill on board.

“Medical personnel met the flight and transported the customer to a local hospital.

“Flight 763 departed for New York roughly 45 minutes behind schedule.”

The publication also wrote that an LAFD official confirmed there was a “medical incident” at LAX, but did not give a name.

Brandy is currently in a stable health condition, media reports confirm.

There are speculations that she may have slumped out of exhaustion and stress. The singer has been working with a tight schedule lately.

She was reportedly in Puerto Rico earlier this week for the “Woman of Soul: Lifetime Career Achievement Award” at Xscape Puerto Rico.

She was also scheduled to attend an event in Atlanta together with her mom, Sonja, today.

Although her appearance at the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo has been canceled, there are no indications as to what may have caused her current health scare. She was previously went through the experience during her Slayana World Tour.

Just last night, the 38-year-old shared an Instagram video which showed her slaying serves on a tennis court. She looked quite strong and healthy. Of course, her athletic skills were never in doubt.
