She was diagnosed with breast cancer, but was given the all-clear by doctors a year later.
In a touching post on Instagram shortly before her appearance at last night’s BRIT Awards, Kylie celebrated with by sharing a throwback picture of herself as a child alongside a message to her fans.
She said: “Naturally, my nearest and dearest were at the forefront of my mind. Behind the tears were relief and thanks and thoughts.”
The Aussie star continued: “Thoughts of all those who are making their way towards this landmark, those who are past the landmark and of those who we sadly miss. Thank you just doesn’t say enough.”
Kylie also revealed that her 28-year-old new fiance, Joshua Sasse, will be running the London Marathon with her to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.
She added: “He has never run a marathon before! #Lovers, please support him so we can raise as much as possible!”
She marked the incredible milestone with an appearance at the BRITs 2016, where she flashed her engagement ring on the red carpet as she posed with her husband-to-be.
