Kanye West is still under constant watch at the hospital, days after he was admitted at UCLA Medical Center for health complications. He is said to be very ‘paranoid’.
Media reports confirm the rapper was admitted for exhaustion and sleep deprivation which affected his mental health.
According to PEOPLE, a reliable source claims the 39-year-old generally has “big ups and big downs, but this bout seems to be much more serious. In the hospital he has been very paranoid and is under constant watch for his safety.”
Another insider told the magazine that Kanye “is still there [at the hospital] because clearly he’s not doing well.”
Last Monday, the “I’m a God” rapper canceled his remaining dates for Saint Pablo tour after dissing Jay-Z, Beyonce, LeBron James, Hillary Clinton and many others. Kanye’s hospitalization came shortly after he announced that the remaining days for his Saint Pablo tour has been canceled.

The report from PEOPLE hails Kanye’s wifey Kim Kardashian West for standing by his side.
“Kim acts very concerned. She says he has yet to be diagnosed, but she uses words like paranoia and explained that Kanye thinks everyone is out to get him.
“The only person Kanye trusts is Kim,” a source close to the family tells the news outlet.
“Kim does spend hours with Kanye every day. She says that Kanye is on many different medications and that his doctors are figuring out proper doses. Kim says that not much has changed since he was admitted and that his doctors seem concerned.”
