On its launch date, Eminem’s “Killshot” broke records as the Biggest YouTube Debut for Hip-Hop videos ever produced.

Similarly, the “Machine Gun Kelly” diss track won Third Biggest Overall 24-hour Debut on the online music streaming website.

Kanye West and Lil Push also broke 24-hour YouTube records with their new music videos, according to a Tuesday report from the streaming service.

Eminem’s award winner, Killshot, is a response to Machine Gun Kelly’s diss track Rap Devil, which got 38.1 million views within the first 24 hours.

While Rap Devil was crowned the biggest hip-hop debut in YouTube history prior to Eminem’s Killshot, fans of the 45-year-old rapper are excited with their idol’s resurgence after facing serious challenges from alcoholism.

“Killshot” is high-spirited, thought-provoking and pretty good for rap lovers.

“The day you put out a hit’s the day Diddy admits / That he put the hit out that got Pac killed,” Eminem rapped to Kelly in the new diss track.

The outro adds, “I’m just playin’, Diddy, you know I love you.”

Eminem’s joke however got mixed reactions, particularly from rap icons and fans of the late rap icon who was murdered in 1996.

“How dare you accuse diddy of killing tupac while you completely look past jimmy iovine and those who profited from his death the MOST,” hip-hop artist Jay Electronica replied on social media.

I mean, that's a talking point. The FBI allegedly had documents proving Diddy called the hit, but they later "found out" they were fabricated. He's saying that Diddy would never admit it because he didn't actually do it or has no reason to.

Meanwhile, Kanye West and Lil Pump broke their own all-time 24-hour view records with “I Love It.” The music video garnered 13.9 million views within its first twenty-four hours.
