A boy in Houston has been arrested for using revenge porn against his former girlfriend.

The claimant says he blackmailed her into having sex with three underage boys who are his close friends.

According to a report from Texas Morning News, the accused teenager named Demario Hunter was jailed for his involvement in sex video extortion.

Hunter, 18, is facing charges for “threatening to unlawfully disclose intimate visual material.” The case was filed in court last Saturday.

During his court appearance, prosecutors said Hunter recorded himself having sex with a 19-year-old woman, and threatened to go live with the recording if she didn’t render sexual services to his other three friends, KHOU reports.

The blackmail victim testified she agreed to have sex with the first three boys, but declined a request for another fourth person who happens to be Hunter’s cousin.

Her refusal and further threats from the blackmailer, forced her into reporting her dicey situation to police.

Equator Turner, an attorney to the defendant, told court that his client doesn’t have a mobile telephone and couldn’t have made real his threats. The lawyer claims Hunter also has no channels through which he could have distributed the video online.

With the accused still in jail for a $5,000 bail bond, his representative lawyer said: “He was basically playing poker.

“It was just a threat. Mr. Hunter didn’t have any means to do anything that he was threatening to do.”
