The man, identified as Yu ‘Martin’ Xu, is now suing Nalwa Holdings, the owner of Sydney-based agency Royal Court Escorts, after Angelababy, Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel and Hollywood actress Megan Fox did not show up for the meeting with him.

In court documents, Xu claims that an agent told him he would meet with ‘female escorts of international standing for the provision of sexual services’, Daily Mail reported.

The tabloid said that the court statement claimed: “It was agreed that if (Mr Xu) paid the sum of $3.7 million (the agency) would provide Megan Fox, Candice Swanepoel and ‘Angelababy’ as escorts for sexual services”.

Part of the rate allegedly includes a $24,000 joining fee.

However, the celebrities did not meet with Xu despite the hefty sum he says he paid.

He also claimed that he was told that he could meet with Angelababy, who is now married to actor Huang Xiaoming, in September 2014.

According to Ming Pao Daily news, the 27-year-old Chinese actress is seeking legal help after the allegations emerged.

“We will ask lawyers how to handle this matter,” her manager reportedly said.
