Andre Green is a proud hard-working youngster from Aston Villa who has been lucky to break through to the first team action notwithstanding the current relegation problems in Villa Park.
Sam Allardyce has been depressed as the manager of a side sitting first from below in the Premier League Table but Andre is on cloud nine and ready to keep making contributions that may see the Villa Park to it’s long awaited glorious days.
The talented player earned his debut in the match against Tottenham Hotspur last month though the team lost 2-0.
Andre Green is from Solihull. He became a registered player with the club at the age of 9. The player’s current contract runs until 2018.
Green’s value sky-rocketed through his skillful displays and meaningful contributions to the Under-21 team so his promotion is a well deserved honor.
The promising youngster has agility and speed. He has skills to operate from either wings and he can play as a front man.
Andre Green is working hard to improve his stats having made 2 memorable appearances for England’s U-18 last month. He played for 25 minutes in the mmatch against Austria which ended 3-2 in favor of the Three Lions. His manager handed him a starting number in the 4-1 win over Republic of Ireland.
With his last 29-minutes play in last months’s 1-0 loss at Swansea City, the 17-year-old teenager is relishing the chance of playing alongside big players in the club like Gabriel Agbonlahor who was suspended in the weekend’s match against Chelsea for smoking shisha pipe while on vacation in Dubai.
Though Aston Villa is having a bad season, the best consolation coming from Andre Green’s exploits is a good news for the team. The Board of Directors are expected to look back in retrospect and consider harnessing more raw talents from it’s academy.
Gabriel Agbonlahor is also a product of the academy just like a lot others and they haven’t disappointed on the pitch.

“I wasn’t expecting to get as long as I did. To get that long was unbelievable. I couldn’t have imagined me doing that until that moment.”
“I’ll just take every game as it comes now and train every week the same. Hopefully I can keep in the squad and keep training hard to push and get a start. That would be a dream come true and icing on the cake.”
