A home owner who loved pets, decided to go for a cow and a bull but there was a big problem–where to keep them. The decision to keep these animals on a rooftop was apparently made in a hurry, with no long term plan.
Ejaz Ahmed, the “badass” pet lover will never forget the day he failed to buy a dog, cat, fish or birds when he needed company. Now everyone knows how thick-skulled he is. I mean, he was.
The guy who lives in a crowded part of Karachi, Pakistan, bought a cow and a bull way back in 2012.
Having nowhere to keep the animals, Ejaz made a decision to rear them on the rooftop and that wasn’t a problem. But barely four years have passed since then and he’s calling emergency services to help him lower the animals to the ground.
As expected, people gathered in large numbers to catch a glimpse of the hilarious live event.
The animals reportedly grew so big that they couldn’t go down the stairs, the same way to climbed up four years ago.
You’d be asking what the owner was thinking, right?
Emergency services arrived the scene with a 60-foot crane, and the two animals were strapped up for a dangerous flight from the roof of a four-storey building.
The cow and bull had peacefully lived in a make-shift shelter constructed for them above the ground. It wasn’t until Ejaz decided to get rid of the pets that he realized his 4-year-old mistake.
In his words: “This neighborhood in Karachi is very cramped and there are no open spaces. I wanted to keep a cow in my house and the rooftop was my only option.
“I bought the cow and made arrangements for her on the rooftop and it was all fine,” Ejaz said.
The animal lover continued: “We tried to bring her down through the stairs, but it was impossible. So we had to call a crane.”
A spokesman for the emergency rescue office said after the rescue: “I had never taken part in a rescue assignment like this before.”
