The next US presidential elections is coming up on 3 November, 2020, and Americans will either let Donald Trump keep his office or step down for Kevin Hart.
Mr. Trump, who was elected into office as the 45th US President, can seek a re-election and hope to be announced winner on 20 January, 2021, but he’s definitely going to battle with a group of highly productive and talented young generation.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Mark Zuckerberg, Kanye West and Kevin Hart, are a few celebrities who are prepping to take over from the 70-year-old Republican.
Nonetheless, Hart joked about his disappointment that The Rock rejected him as Vice-President.
The comedian-producer says he’s taking out his anger on the professional wrestler by challenging him for votes in 2020.
Both Hart and The Rock featured in “Central Intelligence,” so the 37-year-old comedian knows how not to provoke his muscular co-actor.
“You know what, because he didn’t make me the Vice President, no I do not [support his ambition to be president],” said the Philadelphia-born actor who starred as Calvin Joyner with the nickname “Golden Jet.”
“I’m mad about it. I was shoo-in! The world wanted to see that and he didn’t go with me, so I’m not rooting for DJ.
“If Dwayne Johnson runs for president, I will be running for President the same year. And I can announce my VP right now, and it’s somebody I love – it’s my son!”
The father-of-two continued in his chat with E! News: “DJ’s an amazing guy … At this point, man, anything can happen.
“I wouldn’t be shocked to see anything at this stage. All I can do is put positivity in the air, and I am the type of person who believes no matter what, we as people can get better, and I’m going to continue to say that.
“Sometimes you’ve got to take some steps backward to take a bunch forward, and we’re going to get better. Keep that hope. Keep that faith. Things get better. I believe. Live, laugh and love – that’s what I live by.”
Meanwhile, Dwayne officially announced his interest in the presidential race during his chit-chat on Saturday Night Live last weekend.
“In the past, I never would have considered running for president,” said the 45-year-old. “I didn’t think I was qualified at all. But now I’m actually worried I’m too qualified.”
Johnson, who holds both American and Canadian citizenships, also announced Tom Hanks as his running mate.
The sixth Triple Crown Champion previously said he was very sure to run for president but later feared he’d make a “bad leader.”
He said: “I think that it’s a real possibility. A year ago, it started coming up more and more. There was a real sense of earnestness, which made me go home and think ‘Let me really rethink my answer and make sure I am giving an answer that is truthful and also respectful.”
“I think anything’s possible, right?” he later asked after losing interest then. “This is America.
“What has been so flattering over the past week – and really humbling and very eye-opening – is the amount of American people who actually want to see this happen.
“[However], I don’t think I would be a great president. Politics is not my business and I’m not a politician.”
Declaring one’s political ambitions and withdrawing from the truth, most times, is a tactics used for primary surveys.
Apart from Joe Biden’s interest in the position, newly formed super PAC Disrupt for America is persuading Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to contest at the 2020 elections but it seems the young Sillicon Valley king doesn’t need a bigger throne.

“We are committed to convincing the American people to convince Mark Zuckerberg to consider a Presidential run in 2020,” the groups states on its website, “or at least join the conversation.
“In addition to a set of steadfast liberal principals,” the website notes, “Mark shares (perhaps more legitimately) many of the qualities of Donald Trump that resonated with everyday Americans – a wealthy, anti-establishment outsider unbeholden to special interests.”
Oprah Winfrey may show up for the race, too. She’ll definitely shake up the polls if she does contest in 2020 although she has been coy about showing interest in politics.
‘Never!” she told Steven Colbert in denial. “No, it’s not my thing.”
